Carolina Master is proud of Katherine Sheilds
(pictured below) who finished 3rd and Emily Shields who finished 4th
in the 2009 Duathlon Nationals. Each of them also received an
automatic bid to compete in the 2009 Duathlon Worlds event later on
this year.

23, 2009 - New London Out Like A Lion Road Race & Salisbury City
Park Criterium:
Results, City Park Criterium
Carolina Masters had an eventful weekend of
racing. The team put together 9 top 5s over two days of racing with
John Patterson winning the Masters 45+ City Park Criterium in a
photo finish and Keith Johnson placing 2nd in the Masters 35+ City
Park Criterium. Our Juniors had their first full weekend of racing
together with Chris Holmes placing 3rd and Austin Wood 5th in the
Out Like a Lion Road Race and Emily Shields 5th and Katherine
Shields 7th in the City Park Criterium.
